  • Ứng dụng

    Dithiothreitol (DTT; CAS 3483-12-3) được sử dụng rộng rãi làm chất khử trong sinh hóa và sinh học phân tử để cắt liên kết disulfide và duy trì protein ở trạng thái khử, thường được bổ sung vào buffer mẫu cho SDS-PAGE và vào các xét nghiệm enzyme để bảo toàn chức năng của nhóm sunfhydryl.
