  • Ứng dụng

    Dioctyltinbis(2-ethylhexyl mercaptoacetate) (CAS 15571-58-1) là hợp chất organotin được sử dụng chủ yếu như chất ổn định nhiệt cho PVC và một số nhựa nhiệt dẻo khác, giúp cải thiện sự ổn định ở nhiệt độ cao trong quá trình gia công. Nó cũng được xem như chất xúc tác hoặc xúc tác phụ trong các hệ polyurethane (foams) và các hệ epoxy, nhờ khả năng tăng tốc hoặc điều chỉnh quá trình đóng rắn. Với đặc tính mercaptide, nó có thể đóng vai trò là trung gian tổng hợp cho các phức hợp mercaptide của tin được dùng làm chất xúc tác và chất ổn định ở các công thức nhựa và lớp phủ. Ngoài ra, nó có thể được dùng như một thành phần trong công thức sơn, keo và hệ phủ nhằm tối ưu hóa quá trình đóng rắn và liên kết của lớp phủ và keo.
