    trans-Chrysanthenyl acetate (CAS 50764-55-1) là một este monoterpen có mùi tươi, thảo mộc, hơi long não; được ứng dụng chủ yếu làm thành phần tạo hương trong nước hoa, mỹ phẩm và sản phẩm chăm sóc/giặt rửa gia dụng để bổ sung nốt xanh mát–thảo dược, đôi khi (nếu được phép) dùng ở nồng độ rất thấp làm điểm nhấn hương vị; trong R&D, hợp chất này được dùng làm chất chuẩn GC–MS cho hồ sơ tinh dầu, khối xây dựng có định hướng lập thể trong tổng hợp hữu cơ và nghiên cứu xúc tác bất đối xứng, mô hình khảo cứu khứu giác và chuyển hóa monoterpen, cũng như đánh giá độ bền–khả năng phân hủy sinh học trong công thức; ở quy mô công nghiệp, nó có thể được vi bao để giải phóng chậm trong sản phẩm không khí–vệ sinh, hoặc dùng làm trung gian/tái cân bằng mùi trong nến, xịt phòng và chất khử mùi, với việc sử dụng được hướng dẫn bởi độ bay hơi, tương thích nền và các giới hạn an toàn của este thơm này.
