  • Ứng dụng

    Ciclopirox olamine (CAS 41621-49-2) được sử dụng chủ yếu làm hoạt chất kháng nấm trong các chế phẩm thuốc bôi tại chỗ và được pha chế trong kem, gel và dung dịch để điều trị các nhiễm nấm da ở bề mặt. Nó cũng được dùng trong sơn móng tay để điều trị nhiễm nấm móng (onychomycosis), và xuất hiện trong các loại dầu gội medicated shampoo cho các tình trạng nhiễm nấm da đầu như gàu và viêm da tiết bã. Bên cạnh đó, nó có mặt trong các dạng bào chế da liễu tại chỗ khác như lotion và xịt với hoạt tính kháng nấm, tùy thuộc quy định địa phương và giới hạn của công thức.
