  • Ứng dụng

    Pinocarvyl acetate (CAS 1078-95-1) là một este monoterpen có mùi thông–thảo mộc hơi camphor, được ứng dụng chủ yếu làm chất tạo hương: tăng sắc thái rừng thông, nhựa cây, thảo dược, và độ tươi khuếch tán trong nước hoa (fougère, chypre, cologne cam chanh), hương liệu cho sản phẩm chăm sóc cá nhân, xà phòng và bột giặt, chất tẩy rửa gia dụng, chất khử mùi, nến thơm và hương xe hơi; đặc biệt hiệu quả để “nâng” top note, che mùi gắt dung môi và bổ trợ các accord cây lá (kết hợp tốt với tinh dầu thông, fir needle, bách xù, bách hương/cypress, gỗ tuyết tùng, hương thảo, khuynh diệp, oải hương, galbanum và terpene cam chanh), đồng thời có thể mang sắc côn trùng xua đuổi trong các chủ đề hương “outdoor”; trong thực phẩm và đồ uống, đôi khi dùng ở mức vết để thêm nét thông–nhựa, thảo mộc–gỗ và mát nhẹ cho kẹo, kẹo cao su, đồ nướng hoặc gia vị mặn (tùy theo quy định địa phương và tiêu chuẩn an toàn), và trong hóa học mùi hương được dùng như nguyên liệu trung gian/tác nhân xây dựng lập thể cho các monoterpen khác; có nguồn gốc sinh học từ dòng turpentine, thích hợp cho hồ sơ “bio-based”; lưu ý dùng liều thấp để tránh chiếm ưu thế, kiểm tra giới hạn IFRA theo hạng mục sản phẩm, và cân nhắc độ bền este (có thể thủy phân trong môi trường kiềm mạnh) cũng như bảo quản kín, mát, tránh nhiệt/ánh sáng để duy trì mùi.
