Directions
Inhalation: Add 3-4 drops of the essential oil to a bowl of hot water. Cover your head and the bowl with a towel, ensuring your face is exposed to the warm steam at a comfortable distance. Breathe deeply for 15 minutes for the best results.
Room Diffusion: Add 3-4 drops of the essential oil to a diffuser and enjoy.
Note: Keep out of reach of children. Dilute with a carrier oil if applying directly to the skin. Avoid contact with damaged or highly sensitive areas such as eyes and mouth mucosa.
